Hopefully, you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, please let us know!
Many of our items are MADE TO ORDER by print on demand suppliers in the United States. This means that we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items, should you order the wrong color, size, or style so PLEASE be sure to check the size chart before you place your order.
THE ONLY DESIGNS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS POLICY ARE AVIATION STATE OF MIND ORIGINALS. THESE ITEMS ARE ALL STOCKED IN-HOUSE AND HAVE BEEN PRE-PRINTED/ENGRAVED.
However, if your item has a manufacturing issue, the supplier will offer a refund or replacement.

ASOM ORIGINALS RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days after the date of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping. If you are unable to return your order within the first 7 business days, don't worry! We offer returns for store credit within 14 days from your delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. *Items that appear worn, have stains or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at thecrew@aviationstateofmind.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Our Women's Collection is made to order by suppliers in the United States. This means that we cannot accept returns on these items, should you order the wrong color, size, or style. However, if your item has a manufacturing issue, the supplier will offer a refund.

Exchanges:
Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for the item you are wanting, to make sure you get it.
Flawed/Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed with us, it cannot be cancelled. All orders will be packed/shipped as normal. If you wish to return, please follow the steps above
